After each harvests is done manually fertilization with cow manure or humus to the needs of each plant by observing the color of the leaf and the intensity of vigor .

Winter pruning is very short with a number of buds for plant comprised between 5 and 8.

The firsts thinning begins to half july, it is removed most of 50% of grapes, leaving 5 clusters to plant

To half august happens the second thinning where decreases the size of every clusters cutting the low part and leabing only the top most rich and focused

These and other small devices enable us every year to harvest grapes very healthy and ripe, rich in sugar , flavors and fragrances that during fermentation are transferred to the wine .
