From over twenty years our vineards processed to respect of the nature. After each harvest it is carried out fertilization with cow manure or humus to the needs of each plant, looks the coulor of leaf and intesity of fourcefulness. The winter pruning is most short with number to plant between 5 and 8
The firsts thinning
The firsts thinning begins to half july, it is removed most of 50% of grapes, leaving 5 clusters to plant
The second thinning
To half august happens the second thinning where decreases the size of every clusters cutting the low part and leabing only the top most rich and focused
With the summer thinning we succeed to get the most low yields that vary from 500 gr. to 1-1,5 kg to plant
